Terms and conditions

1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the NailPlay website operated by Melanie Broome, located in Dernancourt, South Australia, 5075.

2. Products
The products sold are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may exist. The photos are not contractual.

3. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in AUD, including all taxes (including GST). Delivery costs are not included in the price displayed and are calculated at checkout.

4. Order
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs. The validation of the order constitutes an electronic signature with the same value as a handwritten signature.

5. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure means of payment indicated on the site (credit card or PayPal ). An order will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal
No right of withdrawal is granted on products sold by NailPlay. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, products of a personalised, hygienic or consumable nature are neither returnable nor refunded.

8. Returns and refunds
No returns or refunds are accepted after purchase. All products sold are final and cannot be compensated or exchanged.

9. Warranty
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

10. Liability
NailPlay cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use of the products sold.

11. Protection of personal data.
The information collected about the customer is necessary for the processing of the order and remains strictly confidential. The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data by contacting info@nailplay.com.au.

12. Disputes and applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to Australian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
